In any change programme the proactive management of benefits is an essential discipline and should be understood by all stakeholders in the programme. It is also essential that benefits are not simply identified and documented, but are actively managed throughout the change programme, including clear assignment of responsibilities for realising these benefits within the business.

 

This workshop provides delegates with an understanding of benefits identification, benefits realisation and benefits management, and aims to equip delegates with sufficient knowledge to begin applying these principles to their own projects and programmes.
