Synergy Management Associates is a small Bath-based business and management consultancy company formed in 2003 with a core team of consultants plus a network of trusted associates. The Directors were previously Principal Consultants at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

We ensure that these improvements are tangible and are sustainable, through knowledge transfer to client staff.
